ABOUT Sour Apple Studio
My name is Lindsey Joy, and I began investigating the world of web and graphic design just after moving to Panama in January of 2008. I quickly discovered the immense enjoyment of creating designs for greeting cards and blogs. Throwing my degree in Biology to the wind, I began devouring every tidbit of info I could find on design... and was delighted to learn new things daily. These past two years has been an adventure, and I am so blessed to marry my creative itch and my desire to be at home with my children and support my husband.
My biz, Sour Apple Studio, is named not in honor of Apples, but of the color! Nestled behind my bedroom is a cozy, 5' x 5' studio, painted tangy apple green, with black and white accents. It's in that tiny room that I shut myself away to let my creative juices flow. But often I can also be found working in the family room, laptop on my lap, near my growing family.
