I want to start an online business and use one of your templates on my site. What do I need to do? TOP

First, you'll need to choose an approved web host, register your domain name, and sign up for a web hosting plan. Next, you will select your premade template and place your order. Once I receive your order, I will send you an email with a customization questionnaire. Based on your information, I will customize your selected template and send you the link to the proof. Upon approval, your template will be installed on your website!

What is the wait time for design projects? TOP

As a work-at-home-mom my schedule revolves around diaper changes, meals and naptimes. I do, however, take your project seriously, and work diligently to complete all designs in a timely manner.

May I use the graphics from my premade template or blog design for other purposes? TOP

No. Sour Apple Studio retains the copyright to all images, graphics, layouts, design concepts and coding. When you purchase a product from our company, you are purchasing the right to use our designs for the specified purpose only. You may not use the images for other websites, blogs, print or for any other reason. Should you have a need for an additional product, please contact us to inquire about licensing and pricing.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
At this time, we only accept credit card or check payment through Paypal.

Do you have a phone number I may contact you at? TOP

All correspondence for premade templates and custom blog designs is done via email.- no phone support is available. Custom website clients may require a phone consultation, which will be scheduled on an individual basis.

Can I use a custom blog design on several blog urls? TOP

If you'd like to use your custom blog design coding for more than one blog url, please contact me for pricing. Each custom blog design package is licensed for use on ONE blog url, so a fee will incur to use it on multiple blogs.
